This provides network managers with valuable statistical information to ease LAN planning and maintenance. The adapter is also prepared for use with the Desktop Management Interface (DMI), allowing it to interoperate with the network management functions in the latest generation of network operating systems and applications.

Adherence to Standards

The Token-Ring GoCard complies with the IEEE 802.5 and IEEE 802.2 standards allowing complete interoperability with products from other vendors.

Operating System Support

The adapter is supported by Madge’s LSS LAN Support Software, a comprehensive suite of drivers and utilities for all Madge supplied adapters. This includes a range of host-resident drivers for highest performance, and Madge’s unique adapter-resident Smart Software for multi-protocol drivers.
